It is a possibility to retreat into the moment during silence and free oneself from the carousel of thought concening the past and future.

Open Meditation Group
Every Thursday from 18:15 to 19.30 we start by sitting for 20 minutes, walking meditation for 10 minutes followed by 20 more minutes of sitting. Concious of the ability of every person and their ability to retreat into silence.
